Using Bank x Bank

Bank x Bank is operated by Nicolai Madsen, Hermodsgade 31, 3tv, 2200 København, Denmark. Contact hello@bankxbank.com.

The app is for people aged 16 and over. If under 18, obtain parent or guardian permission where required, including for payments.

Bank x Bank helps you plan savings and track contributions you mark complete. It is not a bank or financial adviser, holds no money and makes no bank transfers. Percentages calculate your own contributions, not interest or promised returns. Check your bank records yourself.

Keep your account secure. Do not access other people's accounts, abuse payments or interfere with the service. Sync requires a connection; reminders depend on device settings. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or every reminder's delivery.

Optional tips

Where offered, tips support development. They are voluntary, one-time store payments, not subscriptions or savings contributions, and unlock no app features. Support prompts stop at the stated support threshold. The store checkout shows the price and currency before you confirm.

Apple or Google handles payments. Request refunds through Apple or Google Play, or contact us for help. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Deleting the app or account does not automatically refund a tip.

Your data, changes and rights

See our privacy policy and account-deletion instructions. Uninstalling alone does not delete your account.

We may reasonably restrict misuse or unsafe activity, explaining the reason where practicable and lawful. We give reasonable notice of material service changes or closure where possible; urgent security or legal changes may require faster action.

Danish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections or court rights in your country of residence. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
