Tell us what happened, your phone model and the app version. Please leave out passwords, verification links and payment-card details.
Not receiving your verification email?
Check your spam folder and make sure the address is correct. You can request another email from the verification screen in the app.
Want to delete your account?
Open Settings → Delete Account in the app. If you can’t access your account, email hello@bankxbank.com for help. Never send your password or a verification link.
About transfers
Bank x Bank doesn’t make or verify bank transfers. For a transfer issue, check with the bank you used.
